CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund Policy

All course registrations with Henk Iverson Tactical Systems (HITS) are non-refundable. Once a student has enrolled in a course, no monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawals, regardless of the reason.

Family Situation Exceptions:

HITS recognizes that unexpected family circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions to the no-refund policy due to family situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a family situation review, please contact HITS directly as soon as possible. HITS reserves the right to make the final determination on all exception requests.

Course Rebooking:

While refunds are not available, registered students who are unable to attend their scheduled course may rebook onto any available HITS course subject to the following conditions:

  • Rebooking must occur within 3 months of the original course date for which you were registered.

  • The rebooked course must be an available course currently offered by HITS.

  • Rebooking is subject to course availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the rebooked course is of a higher value, the difference in price must be paid prior to attendance.

How to Cancel or Request a Rebooking:

To cancel your registration or request a rebooking, please contact HITS directly using the contact information provided at the time of your registration. We encourage students to notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate other students who may be on a waitlist.

 

By registering for any HITS course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
